I spoke to Jeff recently because I needed an appraisal in Harvey. When I mentioned Harvey, he asked where that was. I told him it’s near Tinley Park, and he said, “Oh yeah, I know Tinley I grew up there,” but then told me he doesn’t cover that area. It didn’t make much sense, because Harvey is only about 10-15 miles from his Orland Park office. I guess, in the end, you get to pick and choose clients based on location if it’s a “good enough” location, you take it; if not, you don’t. That’s how I felt.
