I signed up for this $80 beginner sewing class because the description stated no experience was necessary. I brought my Brother sewing machine with a side-loading bobbin and struggled to thread it and wind the bobbin. The instructor didn’t offer to help until about 15 minutes later, despite seeing me struggle while she chatted with other students.
