Mostly satisfied however carpet still looks dark and dirty where couch was. He didn't tell me when he was finished and left without.e seeing it finished. Looks like he may have hurried and not spot treated where my couch was. Shouldn't have left a check on the table🤨
I would not recommend there services to anyone!!! They billed our insurance company for cleaning that was never completed and when approached by us about it they offered to come back. I allowed them back a second time and still the jobs weren’t completed. I sent several messages with no response directly to the owner Ken. He ignored them. I also sent a letter when paying the final bill about how unhappy I was with their services and still never heard anything back. The carpet cleaner did a great job and he wore a mask the whole time at my request. I will say he was running late and they had no way to reach him and give me an estimated time. That was my only complaint. Otherwise everything looked great.
Added post...I think this is my fifth time calling ServiceMaster! Wow. Just wow. Need a miracle? ServiceMaster by Knipper delivers. On Dec. 24, I went to our basement to see if I could figure out why our drinking water spigot wasn’t delivering water. What I found was, the water line was leaking gallons of water, all over the rubber tile I had installed 12 years ago. I called the plumber, and he told me how to turn off the water. Our water heater sprung a bad leak. Called servicemaster by Knippel. He estimated the cost of drying the carpet (one small bedroom and closet) to be $300 to $400. The final bill was $756. And, we have to get somebody to put the carpeting back down. Nice guy, but that's outrageous! Would not recommend, and will never call him again!
