Was told I would be called when it was done for some recall work. Said it would be done about mid-day. I decided to call at 330 because they close at 530 pm right when I call the service guy says oh yeah we are just getting it done now. Wish they would've been honest and just said sorry we forgot to call you. This is why I do all my own oil changes and everything else I can do on my own. Great people in the service dept! I pulled in unannounced with a Silverado RST (that I just recently purchased from someone) that had a piece on the center dash called a blank pushed in wrong. Needless to say I was a little nervous or stressed about a truck I just bought and how to get fix it. Adam in service was a good dude and took no time to fix the piece on the dash! I never do reviews, this place deserves one. They went above and beyond to get my car repaired. I go to them regular maintenance every time my car needs it. Always exceptional service and friendly staff.
