I requested to view a property, was told 10 AM, then when agent Johan confirmed appointment, he stated 1 instead. I agreed and changed my plans. He then texted again to confirm that we meet the next morning at 10 am. Confused, I attempted to contact via phone, no answer, no call back. Via text I was able to get him to stick to the 1 o'clock appointment. He then promptly texted to say the property now has an offer on it. All very strange. This Guy doesn't have a clue what property in The Columbia Gorge is really worth,. He clearly needs to do His homework. A process server's opinion is viable.
