We temporarily rented a storage unit and were not impressed. Location is good, remote access to the units, but very difficult to connect with someone. We did experience critters in our unit, which can be expected as an outdoor location. Still should managed and maintained much better. Safety was ok, and I am not aware of any issues. My score a 3.8.
