I just called there to ask about my puppy's ear. This is her second hematoma in the same ear in less than a week. I explained this to the man who answered the phone, telling him I was sorry for any inconvenience but my normal vet is closed. He responded rudely saying, "I'm in a medical emergency right now and I'm too busy to help you." If you're that busy, then you're too busy to answer the phones too.
So called veterinarian makes ashamed to be part of the Veterinary community. How could you betray a helpless animal?
Horrible place!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
