Appointment booking system is terrible, don’t expect to get through on your first and second attempt, be prepared to wait an hour just to book. Needs to be sorted out!
Lately the receptionists have improved a lot!! They are much nicer than they used to be
There seem to be severe staff shortages here. The phone lines just rang out constantly. I was just trying to chase up a prescription but if you were really ill then you would have a big problem. The phones are reception are an ongoing problem
