The only reason I go to this place is because of my primary care doctor, who is great. My doctor recently moved to this location. Unfortunately, the front desk ladies are unprofessional and could really use customer service training, as they are RUDE. I tried to explain to them that my insurance has a high deductible, and I only need to pay co-pays after I have met the full deductible. RJ Naylor and the entire staff at COPC Knightsbridge are incredibly disorganized and borderline incompetent. Stay away if you care about the quality of service you are provided.
Moved to the area and scheduled an appt for 7:45 am. Received a text and call reminding me about the appt. Unfortunately, I assumed the call and text would say to arrive at the same time, however the call said to arrive 20 minutes early and the text said to arrive at 7:30am (15 minutes early). I feel that I am getting the best care possible. Dr. Phipps and staff are very helpful and supportive . Dr. Phipps is an excellent physician who cares about his patients. I feel that I am very fortunate to be a patient with Knightsbridge internal medicine and cardiology!
