I would not trust these people. I purchased a home from Mike, with two rental units and included in the purchase agreement was all furnishing were to be included in the sale. Upon possession, everything was cleared out. Our lawyer, contacted their lawyer to resolve the issue and they refused!!! Bad business. Avoid at all costs!
