For mirror assembly and busted window installation they charged me 6h labor and couldn’t even get wiring put back properly. I run the shop and my mechanics do this job in 3h, worst case 4h maximum, last time for similar job I charged the customer only 3h labor, but 6h and left exposed wiring… and when I asked to negotiate the price as it’s over much they quoted they don’t have time for this and nothing is negotiable…
