They accused me of stealing hours because I accidentally put the wrong date in the time clock FOR A DAY I DID WORK. I showed them proof of the day I worked, and they still terminated me. Instead of questioning me about the hours I worked they decided to not communicate with me and I had to call the plant manager to figure out what was going on. Also, their Trucks are dirty and not clean at all. Their equipment don’t comply with DOT regulations at all.

I would say this is one of the worst Customer service I ever received through a concrete ready mix company. The Front Desk Person Name “HOPE” has a terrible attitude and lacks people skills. She will deny any resolution to a concern you may have. I schedule a pour for 3 days ahead and call back 1 day before the pour and she said her employee named “Hailey” forgot to write it down. Terrible Customer Service. Not sure why I call it that since there isn't any. Management will not follow through with correcting issues of poorly provided cement.
