Ok yall the scoop on this facility... there are a few employee that are great...but I really do not know how to feel of the service I receive here at this facitily...I mean now I have a very painful hip and bruised hematoma in the middle of.my forhead...that occur there.....told nurse and he gave me ice.pack and from the looks of it was very busy to really check out my well being...you never saw can doctor or nurse unless it was schedule medications....the er I returned three times upon my admitting and was treated fairly ru... read more

Dr. Tull was recommended by a previous patient who had extraordinary success with her knee replacement last year. Had mobility and no pain just a few weeks after surgery. I saw him for the first time today and I was equally impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and genuine concern for the best outcomes for his patient. I was eligible to get "gel" injection on the first visit and already feeling relief. I am very excited to have found such a treasure here in rural America.

Scheduled an appointment a month in advance to coordinate with my work schedule. I arrived at the facility 30 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Attempted to check in at the kiosk with no success. Asked for help only to find out that my appointment had been cancelled by the staff a day after I scheduled it. I received no phone call, email or any other communication that this had been done. All I got was excuses…….highly unprofessional!

I have been seeing Denise Branson PAC for diabetes for 12 months now. She was able to get me test stripes one time. After that it has been a losing fight to get more stripes. When I was in her office 3 months I informed her I i was unable to test my blood sugars. Her attitude was OK. I also told her what my previous doctor (retired) gave me to control my blood sugars and she to refused try it.

I have to say if you can avoid a hospital visit here, please do for your own sake. While there are some fabulous doctors here, the floor nurses are absolutely terrible. During my mother's ICU and floor week long stay, we had 2 nurses who were fabulous - Mindy and Ashley. Other than that, the nurses were uncaring and any requests were met with signs and grimaces and prolonged time before they would answer, even though they were seated at their desk. if I came out to ask for something or tried to do something myself f... read more

I was there for a foot injury on 7-20-2023. I cannot tell you how nice and professional everyone was. I was well taken care of. Foot doing better. Thank you so much for your kindness and help to me.

Jess in e.r. was amazing. Waited over 2 hours. The place was packed. Her ability to .make my wife feel like she was her only patient! This lady is talented. Please give her the recognition she deserves.

The PA I saw at their urgent clinic walked in and “diagnosed” me before the exam. It didn’t matter what I said, his arrogance dictated that I meet the criteria for the illness he had decided I had before the exam, not what I actually went in for. They then refused to give me a referral to an “out of network” specialist. They are a waste of time and money.
