Terrible experience! 🚮 I’ve paid CAD$240 dollars for nothing! It’s more than the rug itself! I found this company on Instagram and called there to get my rug clean because my senior dog had peed on it. They said the cleaning would be finished between one or two weeks, after 2 weeks I had to call them because nobody called me back, and of course, nobody has answered me either.
