Great service here!! Purchased a brand new bike from them and it was assembled perfectly and all in good time as well. When I went to pick it up they did a great job in sorting out the height of the bike for me as im quite a small person. Couldn't rate them enough and all the staff were super knowledgeable and really helpful
Ive blown a tyre on my trailer and im stuck on the side of the road with the wheel off, struggling to get a new tyre on. When phoned and asked if they could assist they've said they will only fit tyres they've supplied and are too busy to warrant changing a tyre on a stranded individual. Won't help a local man in trouble. Terrible company!!!! Avoid them!! Braintree essex.
I would give a lower rating if possible, i went there not long ago for a chain adjustment as im fairly new to bikes, but on the same day i had a couple people tell me my chain was way too tight and im talking about 0 slack whatsoever, so until i went up to see my partner in suffolk we had to get it loosened again, i would not recommend here for chains, will not be returning
Definitely can recomend for evryone in the area. Good prices and friendly staff. Got my bike rdy to go in a short while.
I should have written this review when they replaced my tyre for me, job well done. I find the owner so friendly and helpful, always ready to help and offer advice. I ride an electric Piaggio but he still expertly replaced my tyre and no trouble getting it booked in. The dealerships just can't be bothered and seem clueless half the time. Thank you.
