On a trip with my motorhome and a long way from home. Developed a problem. Called Knight's and told them I was on my way to spend a night in Cheyenne and wondered if they could come out when I arrived. They were very helpful. When I arrived at the campground, the problem has miraculously resolved itself. Called Knight's to tell them to cancel the call. Renee was very gracious. They might offer the greatest service ever but I wouldn't know because they don't have the decency to call someone back when they leave a message.
They first said that they would be right out. Four hours later we got a text saying sorry was running errands and forgot about us but getting ready to head out. This all started at 9:30 am by 6 pm still had not made it but would be out. My wife and I had to leave but they said no problem, they would check it out and give me a call. This was on Saturday, no word. I left a message on Sunday, no answer, no return call. Called again on Monday am no answer, no return call. Very unreliable. Would not recommend them.
I'm the owner wife and I have to say Raymond Knight is totally amazing he puts his all into the jobs he does. I don't think there is to much Raymond don't know how to do. He rakes care of his customers and treats them with full care in knowing that he will fix they're issues they're having. Awesome job Raymond Knight ur the best.
Raymond was a hard worker and cared about every customer he was very liked in the community and know for his excellent work.
