The owner is more than extremely rude and treats his hired help for the day like they're less than dirt!!!
Always going out of business... Have been for the last 20 years!!! LOL
Bought our couch from here. Although it seems like it's eternally going out of business.
My furniture i purchased had a warranty Southern Motion was the Brand. Knights did not even back the product. four years and the leather crumbled and turns to powder. -100 called several times ....not helpful at all but they was okay the day they took in the 9000.00 cash purchase. the sales rep that sold me the furnishings now works at rc Wiley.
It is now 2:30 waiting for my mattress they said they would be here between 10 and 2 have not heard from them called them and sales rep. tried to call the guys who was to deliver my mattress they would not pick up the phone sales rep. said had no idea when they would be there is place sucks had things to do.It is now 3:30 sill have not heard from them.It is now 4:00 called them again asked why they have not been here yet she said she would call the delivery driver.some one from knights. called back and begin to tell me.I was... read more
