I’ve given Knight’s jewelers several opportunities. However, the younger guy that seems to be taking over is just flat out rude and hard to understand. While on the phone with him (after calling back 4 hours later), I was asking for an. appraisal that I needed for my insurance. It was done months before, but I’d lost the paperwork.
