the worst experience ever. We reserved a room for Sat and Sun. we went to get the room on Saturday and the guy behind the counter said that since we didn't come in Friday that we lost our room so we were out our money for one night not only that but they would not work with us and give us a room to make up for the mistake that they made. We were specific on what day we wanted and they ended up screwing us out of our money.
