Cockroach in the room, dirty pillows, bed sheets weren't new/clean. Horrible experience with other's there, yelling, burnouts in the parking area.. I'm from San Bernardino and I know they are trying to get things better. But I will NEVER stay there again. Didn't want to waste my $ and look for another place at 10 pm. So pulled through it.
Hotel has been remodeled. Looks a lot better.
