The management refuses to repair the luggage cart at the front door. It has a flat and the metal bar at the top is not connected. When I first came to this hotel, breakfast included yogurt and HOT potatoes. Now cold potatoes and no yogurt. Edited. The luggage dolly has been repaired and functioning as it should

I would avoid staying here at all costs, outdated and smells, they key readers on the rooms don’t work so you have to hope there is an employee who actually knows how to make a key, and on my last day the older lady that works there when I finally got her to open my room I saw her open the door wide and look into my room, as I am going back and forth between my room and my car, she thinks I left, she steals $400 out of my wallet and plays dumb when I come back in. It's a crappy place, I don't understand why they haven't closed this place, all the rooms have bedbugs and the beds are dirty, they don't clean and they have dirt everywhere. I went on July 28, 2025 and I don't recommend this place even for free, the employees of the place and the owners are the same and they act like fools, they don't care about the customer, they only care about the money. They stole my two nights and didn't refund me, they are abusive and filthy.

The night manager who worked our one and only night was super awesome. Made us feel real welcomed. Helped us with the tv, got us more pillows, fixed the cable. Breakfeast was good.There is a hosp right behind the hotel and thank GOD!! My mom had an emergency and spent the next couple of hours there. The hotel was clean too.
