Good value for your money – Friendly staff, close to downtown, airport and several restaurants too. I had enough parking for my trailer, which is a big plus

The Absolute Worst! – OMG...Don't even think about it. This Motel is right across of Arizona State Mental Hospital. It is the Motel of choice for people exiting their program. It should be condemned!!! I wish I could find more words to explain just how horrible this place really is.

4 STARS!!!!! – I recently re-located here from inner city Detroit and I stayed here for 4 months prior to my locating work on the streets. I found the Flamingo staff to be very accomodating. If you do not mind the ocassional late night transactions, this is the place. The noise is minimal and there is a precinct nearby. The neighborhood is patrolled nightly by the phoenix police and 911 is only a phone call away for an extra 50 dollar deposit!
