We made the same miserable experience that many others have shared here. Our booked and confirmed room got cancled on the same day of the stay without any prior notification. If there would be problems across booking systems, as claimed by the accommodation, it would be customer-friendly to inform beforehand. We can only recommend to stay away from this accommodation to prevent the stressful search for another location or being asked to accept a higher price. Extremely poor staff and service. I would never recommend anyone to book here.
Front desk guy is helpful & responsible . Rooms ,Bed sheets, washroom are very neat & clean. Except for TV which is not working and missing microwave oven in our room rest of everything is decently good.
