Une honte absolue. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, le séjour a commencé par un problème : la carte d’accès à la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous obligeant à retourner deux fois à la réception. Mais le pire restait à venir. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons découvert un état d’hygiène tout simplement scandaleux : taches partout au sol, toiles d’araignée, poussière en quantité, toilettes sales, et surtout des taches noires et jaunes sur les draps et les oreillers. After one night at this property, I developed multiple painful, inflamed bite-like reactions across my body that continued worsening overnight and into the next day. What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the manager. Instead of addressing a serious sanitation and health concern professionally, he became defensive, dismissive, aggressive, and repeatedly threatened to call the police simply because I reported the issue and requested assistance. I guess you get what you pay for. There was a dead roach and cereal crumbs on the floor, and ants in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was packaged pastries, yogurt and coffee, and the poor staff couldn’t bring it out fast enough for the number of guests wanting to eat, so I just left. The mattress was pretty comfortable and the pool was clean, so I guess there’s that.
