If you are going to be in Gallup, Justin is the guy to talk to. I had an accident and the experience was an absolute nightmare. Justin stepped in and helped in every possible way from getting me in a room at off hours,helping with finding places for repairs to offering to get necessities at the store across the street. I cannot tell you what a Godsend Justin and his heart were. Thank you!
This was a great experience and the night manager was great to deal with. We felt very welcome and the room was great. He did not try to nickel and dime us and valued us as clients. He only charged us a $20 dollar cash deposit and he handed it back to us the next morning and thanked us for staying. We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we drive from Phoenix to Chicago!
The room was prepared for us and our cat and even though our plans changed multiple times, the owner happily accommodated us. It was extremely comfortable and literally life saving, and the ability to have our vehicle by our room was a nice comfort while on the road.
