⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Knights Inn. The room was decent, the location was convenient, and overall it was a good experience. However, what really stood out to me was the AWESOME customer service from the lady at the front desk—I believe her name was Erica. I’m a long haul truck driver who was headed to Atlanta to pick up my truck and I live in north Florida. It is a 4 hr drive and had all the time to relax and travel north this past weekend. I decided to stop at the halfway point in Albany and searched for a hotel and found this place. Called the front desk at 11am and got the manager.
