We booked the room under booking dot com. We had typed in motels and Grants Pass. Oregon with a pool. This motel popped up and my husband booked it. We arrived, and it. I was very hot outside and my husband went in and paid for the room and I looked around and realized there was no pool. My husband went back in with the keys and said he wanted a refund because there was no pool. The staff told my husband that they cannot refund the money.It has to be booking dot com. Nice little motel. Pretty central to shopping and places to grab food from. There's a Safeway right across the street (literally) that came in handy for some good grab + go food later one night. The parking lot is small and wraps around. So any parking spot is basically close to any room. And if on the second floor you can see your vehicle in almost any space. Especially in the middle area. King room was clean and maintained. Fridge worked, but stove was out of service. We didn't care as we weren't expecting a kitchenette and didn't eat in the room. Quiet despite proximity to high traffic roads. Walking distance to Ma Mosa's, LuLu's, a shopping district, and a nice little farmers market on Saturday.
