Never have I seen such a thorough pre service inspection. The tech checked pressures, amp draw and airflow before touching anything. Diagnosis, bad capacitor and leaky evaporator. Replacing capacitor first, then fixing refrigerant leak carrier unit, then an r22 recharge. Price was reasonable. Staff was great.
What impressed me most was the transparency. From Knights HVAC technician showed me the bad capacitor on a multimeter. After replacing capacitor, they did a leak search and found a tiny hole fixing refrigerant leak carrier unit, then an r22 recharge. Price was reasonable. Staff was great. No hidden fees. Thanks.
