The AC stopped working during one of the hottest days this summer. They were busy but still managed to squeeze us in. The technician arrived later that afternoon. He quickly found the issue with a capacitor. He had the part with him and fixed it right away. The house cooled down pretty fast after that. Overall really reliable service.
