Called them to book in a service for our inbuilt gas heater, was told the price, agreed to it, gave my details and then was told we would be contacted soon to confirm a time a person could come and service it. Never got a call back, this was about 3 weeks ago. Won’t even try using them again.
The boys installed the fireplace and hearth with great efficiency. The whole process was very professional. Clear instructions were left, along with documentation to support their work. The fire works well.
Very friendly, professional service to install a quality steel wind cowl (with mesh to prevent birds entering) on chimney of our two-storey home. We also appreciated the advice given about wood heaters with a view to replacing current, old one.
I recently bought and had a new heater installed. Very nice experience Both the ladys in the store were very nice as were the 2 trades people that Installed the heater. Will definitely recommend Knights heating and cooling
