Disappointing customer service. Faulty install by previous business owner but poor customer service by current owner with expensive quotes for unnecessary work to rectify instal fault.
An brilliant company to deal with and very professional. Thank you so much to Boden , you did an amazing job! I would rate this installation as 10/10 , as it was a bit tricky as it was a 1940's Dover range.
Glad we find out knights heating and cooling can also installed CCTV cameras.Tech Neville who has been installing security, he tells me, for over 30yrs, was quick,efficient,full of information On time,did a excellent installation. We are very happy with the end result. Would recommend knights
We almost thought we stepped back in time in a fantastic way. This company is all about service and it was so refreshing in this online world. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very good to deal with. They answered all our questions and provided ideas and knowledge and helped us make the correct decision with our wood heater purchase. Certainly worth the drive to Mclaren Vale and plenty of floor stock and accessories. A happy Jindara Wood Heater owner !
Had to replace my existing evaporative air conditioner on the roof. Existing company unit Cool Breeze recommended contacting Knights Heating and Cooling. Contacted them and Saun (the owner) was very quick to call back and came to look at the existing unit and discuss a replacement. Has been today and installed the new unit on the roof, all installed and working extremely well.
