For a quote on a new furnace, air conditioner, and smart thermostats, I contacted Knights Heating & Air. When William came to our house to create the estimate, he was very attentive and specific. Brian came out to make sure we got the right system for our space while we were changing the system's size, which I appreciated.
Jackson was able to come quite promptly and his price was definitely reasonable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem (A/C unit needed a new starter) quickly. On top of this he is a very nice guy and explains exactly what he is doing to you. I would definitely use him again.
It was time to update the furnace and AC at the triplex we rented. I've used Alpha usually for restore and renovation however this became his first time doing an set up for us. He did the task correctly and and not using a disruption to the tenants. Always super services and truthful expenses with Alpha - restore, maintenance and Installation.
Knights Heating & Air is great! We hired them for regular maintenance and tech came out and took time to answer all our questions as new homeowners. Also, our neighbor's AC went out one evening and I recommended Knights Heating & Air and it was fixed by the following morning!
Have been using Knights Heating & Air for 2 years. They always do an outstanding job. The tchs are very friendly, know what they are doing and on time, plus they always call prior to appointment to let you know when they will be there. I would recommend Knights Heating & Air to anyone.
