They suck! These guys are crooks! My car ran perfectly before a front-end collision, and I was towed to these jokers. It took over a month to fix, then I get there and there was a piece missing, so I had to leave it there again. Then I pick it up, and find that they didn't use the correct lightbulb for my blinker, so it didn't work, and my air conditioning didn't work. HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO! Forgot about what the first said said im with the guy from 2007. My girlfriend and i were "sold" into towing this car into their lot by their tow truck guy Eddie. He made it seem very friendly and and as if they were respectable. and also that they would have original manufacturer parts to repair the car. Knights in Tarnished Armor Knights Collision Experts in Brooklyn, NY have a contract with the NYPD. My parked car was hit in mid August, 2007. The impact pushed my car up onto the curb so the NYPD had my car towed and stored by Knights. The tow truck driver popped the lock to gain access to my car for towing purposes. Well someone from Knights helped themselves to my portable GPS unit including the charger. I complained to Knights and they had no response. extremely dissatisfied customer After a recent repair job at Knights Collison I had a minor problem and was contacted by a manager by the name of Robert, needless to say this was the most unprofessional encouter I've ever had dealing with any type of business, he made ridiculous claims of how the particular part of the car in question was brought about even suggesting that though the car is garaged everyday that someone from the garage apparently caused the damage by deliberately loosening the piece without any other damages... read more
Run away Believe the bad reviews. Stay away if you can. If you are in an accident in Brooklyn, you have no choice of tow trucks, but could be forcibly towed to knights. Don't sign any authorizations!!!! They are greedy, rude and liars. Robert is the chief but they all have the same attitude. crooks stay away performed unauthorized repairs after car was towed off highway
Beware worst crooks ever ! they charged me $1100 for towing (20 blocks) and then some bogus charges with no explanation. I had troubles getting my plates back. Thank god I brought my own screwdriver. The lady behind the bulletproof glass is about the rudest person I ever met. I got no useful answers and was yelled at for "not asking the right questions" Extremely frustrating experience !!!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!! It seams people only write reviews when they have a problem and rarely when they are happy. I want to say these guys are tops. Robert the Manager went out of his way to help me and even had my car delivered when it was complete. I have been to other collision shops and these guys are tops. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, delivered to my door and the work was flawless. what more could i say Not everyone is perfect but i must say they are trying. Thanks Guys
