Everyone is courteous and willing to help. Great body work with quick turn around time. I’ve been to many shops and hands down 5 knights collision is all about the customer experience and communication.
Preston was rude and service was SLOW
These guys have a clean shop and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Went in to get an estimate on a repair for my vehicle. About half way through the estimate the guy helping me realizes that he won't make a lot of money on the repair so he abruptly says "You know what I'm not going to deal with this" and walks off angrily. This place sucks don't deal with these jerks.
