I was charged for a 48 hour rate but our vehicle was collected less than 24 hours after the accident. Our bill has miscellaneous charges that were either redundant or ambiguous. This tow truck company is filled with swindlers trying to take every penny from their consumers. They have received many complaints for their mistreatment of consumers and their vehicles and missing items inside consumers' vehicles. There should be a rigorous investigation in to this company and they're owners. They were featured on the *** **** **** back in 2007 for something scandalous. It is perplexing they have been operational for so many years.
They have done a fabulous job of repairing & restoring my suv involved recently in an accident. It looks and drives as though I just purchased it. I definetly recommend them to any and everyone that need such services whether or not your vehicle got into an accident.

Don’t even think of using their service..they charged me $1,077 dollars to get back my car...they’re *****thieves...if your car is there get it out ASAP!!

I'm sorry to hear you are upset about the charges you were charged, Unfortunately these are the city rates and/or consensual rates that were given if the vehicle was repaired by our body shop. Not much information was given on this review for me to investigate why your vehicle was originally towed.
Car was towed to knights for repair after a collision on the highway. This shop took 32 days to repair a bumper and lights that was damaged. Every time I called to get an update I would get different answers from multiple people. Their customer service skills is below zero, Donza who answered my call one time stated that I was "ignorant" because I said I was getting the run around. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY FORM OF SERVICES!

I apologize for your experience, but unfortunately this complaint is pertaining to the body shop not the towing company. We would have liked to investigate further if there was more information provided in the complaint.
Unprofessional and should be shut down. Threatened my husband physically because we had complaints about all our personal belongings being stolen from our car. Every time I called to resolve getting my car out of there, they picked up and hung up before I could speak or the few times someone answered, they transferred me to a voicemail or dead line every time. I've learned from others that they are known for causing extra damage to BMW's as they don't tow them correctly. Awful all around, AVOID them at all costs!

Unfortunately I'm not able to further investigate this complaint since i do not have much information to go off of, i do apologize for your experience, but we do specialize in all types of towing of all makes and models. We have modern towing equipment which ensures vehicles of damage free towing, I'm unsure of how our equipment causes "extra damage to only BMW's" as you stated. as far as items or threats that were made its not in any nature for a Knights employee to have taken property or threaten a customer if this occurre... read more
