Updated review: I see that people don't really like geokey, but now that it's not brand new it doesn't seem to be causing any issues for me personally. I have lived at knights circle for 2 years and don't have any complaints. Maintenance responds quickly and they have resident events.

Absolutely terrible experience with the gate agent today. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping anyone. When I asked a simple question, she responded with attitude and acted like I was a burden. Her tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and set a horrible tone for the entire experience. If this is the kind of service knight circle is okay with, that says a lot. Definitely needs better training or a new job altogether….
After a few weeks of Geokey this system has caused so many problems. The lines at the gates get held up and its still only the summer semester. I can't imagine how bad it will be in the fall when everyone coming back has to download the app again. Very bad decision by knights circle.
