Very disappointing experience. I entered the store with high expectations because of reviews I saw online. The selection here is great, but customer service is severely lacking. When I stopped in for clothing for an interview, the clerk(name unknown because there was no introduction) was dismissive. I happened into KCR by accident as we were visiting Rochester to explore for possible move there and was beyond pleased with the professionalism of Bryce, the store manager. He was everything you could want in a successful high end mens clothing store. He was helpful, engaging, extremely knowledable, courteous to my wife and children and myself and I felt he was creating a relationship not making a sale.
