The dream team has arrived. The new management is getting things done on the property and solving resident issues. Maintenance is great and working really hard to resolve Maintenance issues and bringing the community to its highest standards.
AWFUL. If you get a response from the office, it’s just to say they responded. Zero resolve on issues. I contacted corporate multiple times the Regional Jasmine was unresponsive. When I finally reached her at the property I was given an improper example of the fair housing laws in which case did NOT apply. I contacted her supervisor Heather on 11/6/2024 to date no response. I can’t dwell comfortably in my home. I had unresolved issues from 8/30/2024- 11/5/2024 they fixed most of my issues one day before court and to date I d... read more

Veronica is by far one of the best property managers. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensured that everything was handled promptly, and she always keeps me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication to her job. She has such a great personality.
