Very pleased with the service from Knights Automotive. They really listened carefully to my concerns with my truck, talked me through the options, and I never felt pressured on anything which was refreshing. I did some shopping around on price and they were also the best in that category. I like the fact that you get a written estimate with details that you can easily review on your phone via link they sent me. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. Kyle and Victor were great to work with.
Service was great and was able to fix the camera issue with my truck. He also provided a quote if the reset did not work and the camera had to be replaced. This was helpful information.
Very disappointing first experience. I chose Night Automotive because of the many positive reviews and brought my minivan in for an after-hours drop-off. The gate was open and I followed the posted instructions, but when I tried to ask the employee who was still there what I should do with my keys, I was ignored. When I asked why he couldn’t simply acknowledge me or explain the drop-off procedure, the interaction that followed was unbelievable.
