We had Knights give us a ride to Logan Airport in Boston . I changed the schedule a few times on them to Accommodate my family. I changed times and location. They were very accommodating and communication was a plus and they even gave me a credit on the ride cost because we were a little closer to the Mass Pike with the Ride change. The credit showed up in my account immediately. We are very happy with the driver. He showed up right on time even a little early as we had a lot of luggage.
