I decided to write a review because after coordinating with my building management, the technician efficiently repaired a complex vent issue that had been causing uneven temperature in my unit, managing to complete everything within a couple of hours. The previous company missed this problem entirely during their visit last year.
Very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the service to ensure everything was functioning properly.
The problem was a faulty electrical connection, which they identified quickly after testing the system and completed the installation in just under three hours. After getting a second opinion, I found their thorough approach and detailed explanations far more informative than my initial consultation had been.
Carefully dismantled the old system.
The initial quote included a full inspection and cleaning, which took them just under 90 minutes to complete. They found a minor issue with the ignition system that was promptly corrected, improving the heating efficiency noticeably.
