Moved to town and found this amazing place! Husband and wife team Lauren and Mike both mechanics! As a woman coming in seeing the dynamic it made me feel like, heck yeah! This is my place! I trust them with the safety of my vehicles as well as their ethics with business practices; it's a win-win! It's a hard world out there knowing who to trust and being able to get things safe and fixed to keep moving and knowing i have my place, Knighthawk, this is amazing!!
Knight Hawk auto went over and beyond to get my daughter’s car fixed when things went wrong and right before she was about to go on a road trip. We can’t say enough about their customer service from their thorough work in diagnosing the problem and fixing the car in a timely manner. We appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
My relationship with Knighthawk auto started with a bad grinding sound while turning that ended up requiring new brakes, rotors, and calipers. The price was fair and the turn around was quick. The hood latch got broken by valvoline previously and when I picked it the hood wasn't latching at all - one of the mechanics noticed me trying to rig it to close and took the time to come help me, even coming up with a permanent solution...
