Other than waiting 45+ minutes for our order it was a great place to eat and the food was delicious
1st time trying this restaurant, it was recommended. Had the brisket plate as this seems to be the true benchmark of BBQ restaurant measuring sticks. If you can't do brisket, there's no need to try the rest. Brisket, street corn and tallow fried green beans. Brisket was as expected, street corn was phenomenal with a tart and tangy flavor. The other barbecue places in Searcy were disappointing last year. Everyone told me to go here but I missed out because when they sell out they close. We'll see how this brisket and chicken is? Well, Brisket 0, because something in there process is causing very little flavor and two thick slices I had where very fatty. On the other hand the smoked chicken was succulent, and very taste.
