We built a new home with Knight West in 2012. We looked for three things in a builder. 1- A builder who does extraordinary work and offered what we wanted. 2- A builder who seemed like we could trust them (we tested them a bit on this before signing with them) 3- Competitive pricing. Forget about customer service with this company. I requested a bid from them for a house and never got a response back. so when I asked to speak to their estimator Their phone Nazis refused to let me speak to him. They gave me nothing but hassle when I requested to speak to anyone directly. VERY unprofessional! If the estimator is too busy to talk to a customer then they are too busy to build my home!
