Hot and cold water is reversed so be careful not to get burned exhaust fan is also not strong enough to exhaust the steam so foggy mirror, and nowhere to sit other than on the toilet to dress or undress. All those things are easy to work around and you get a good shower. Bad part is other drivers don't clean after themselves. I could accept some water on the floor but leaving behind your body products and brushes is not a good thing. Dirty terminal. The shower rooms are always filthy and smell bad making the whole lounge smell permanently. The gym is only open during business hours. Water lines are hooked up backwards, and instead of fixing this, the solution was for someone to write on a door "hot=cold cold=hot" been that way for years. The whole terminal is outdated and depressing looking. Vending machines seem to always have issues. Do not lease from Knight. You do not any control at all about where you roll or when you will get home. It is really hard to plan a life when you have no idea when you will get home or where you will be rolling.

Only giving four stars as the facility is very small and the service connection is terrible. Showers are good, but other drivers don't take care of it. I had to clean the sink, toilet and shower before I could take a shower for myself. Not the largest terminal, but certainly not the worst and plenty of space for trucks, even at nighttime.
