Great local company that provides great service
Signed a service/install contract with Knight in October of 2017 for 2 of our companies - they "finished" (in quotes because they may say they are done and not really be done like they did to us) today, JUNE 13TH 2018. Terrible at communication. Terrible at customer service. Would not recommend to any company that expects a smooth transition from one carrier to the next.
Very happy with this company. Mike came out to help with an issue but it wasn’t part of the system. He was professional and polite in handling the situation and also took note that there could be other issues that needed tended to. He had someone out immediately and took care of my system and had it working to it’s full potential
