Stay away!!!! Charge $150/hr travel time to come out to your home and then they do not really even look at the system - simply tell you that your panel is corroded and want to replace the panel. Having an MS degree in geochemistry I believe I know what corrosion looks like, and I am still looking for evidence of it in the panel. If I could I would post a picture of the supposed 'corrosion'. After they left I solved two of our issues myself by ordering parts online.
Great company! We've been with them since 2009 and we've never had a problem with their service. They fixed a small issue we had with our system very quickly and the monitoring station has always been helpful, friendly and efficient. I recommend them to all my friends!
