Our home alarm is a disaster from design to performance. We are alone with chronic failures. Their singular overnight technician, Steve, is a sarcastic irresponsible jerk at 3 am while their inferior equipment alarms the neighborhood every 2 minutes.
I interviewed all the big alarm companies and because my neighbor recommended Knight Security I also interviewed them. Personally, I prefer to be more than a number with whom I do business. The big alarm companies only sent out sales people. Knight Security sent out Brad who is a VP with the company and knew so much more than the competition's sales people. i was very disappointed in the service I revived from knight security. Brad mates Vice President was very rude and unprofessional. I spoke with Richard mates president of knight security about this matter and he was also very rude and unhelpful. I decided to tell the installers to leave my home because I believe knight security does not care about there clients. After speaking with the installers they agreed. Do yourself a favor and call a different alarm company.
