Knight Rifles has the worst customer service out of any company I've ever dealt with. It's been over a month since placing an order for a new rifle. After numerous emails and messages and two weeks of waiting, I receive an apology and assurance that the rifle will ship the following week. Fast forward another two weeks, the rifle which still hasn't been received. No calls, no updates, no emails.
Awesome service.
This is where you get your best rifles and service. I have had a shotgun and a 50cal. Both were great. Broad selection and good deals on accessories and gear, also.
