He was the only one that answered my call and made it to my house the next day! Would definitely recommend! We will use this company again.
I have used Knights Plumbing services a few times, most recently to change a regulator. They have always been professional, shown up on time, and in my opinion never over charged. I know some reviews are a little harsh when describing a conversation with whomever answers the phone which I think is unfair. The guys performing the work are answering the phone....at work. I recommend Knight and appreciate what they do.
My experience with Knights Plumbing was less than favorable. When I called for a quote, the initial interaction was off-putting, with the responder sounding annoyed from the start. Requesting a quote for re-piping under my kitchen sink led to grumbling about the job being too big and an apparent reluctance to take it on. Unpleasant customer service and a reluctance to tackle the requested job left me dissatisfied with their overall approach.
Came the same day I called to fix the issue, and was super fast ! Very kind and helpful!
