My Mom has been using White Knight Pest Control for a couple years now and they have been great, very professional and willing to come out for extra treatments any time she sees anything she doesn't like. Recently we had a bit of a mix up with their phone service. Mom called the company and received inaccurate information which resulted in a huge expense to her. By far the worse experience with white knight then any other company I ever delt with. Not only did they do a horrible job I have more bugs in my house then I ever had in my life. They kept cancelling appointments and when I asked for them to spray inside my home they cancelled that one and blamed it on me. They are only worried about you signing a contract so they can get ake your money and not do the job.
Save your money. We started 2 years ago with Danny who hooked up with White Knight a few months ago. When Danny came, scorpions were extremely rare and then White Knight came along 2 plus months ago. An appointment for the first service, but the second time a very young tech just showed up. The next morning, I had a centipede on my porch. Two nights later, 2 scorpions and another centipede. I told Alex of the ants that were near the patio and were feeding of the cats' plates. He did an excellent and thorough job and he did it quickly. He asked several times if there was anything else I needed. Alex is friendly and kind. I want him next time!
