It all comes down to the office staff, Absolutely the worst! I’m tired of showing up for appointments that THEY say they canceled. Funny thing is they forgot to tell me because they are incompetent, rude and act like they are from another planet! DON’T Make an appointment because they will cancel it and you’ll never get to see a doctor.
The bottom line-I never saw Dr. Patterson. The staff is the absolute worst, rude, demeaning, The office has somehow lost $700 in insurance money - never billed me for it, even though they say they don't have it. I have NEVER received a bill from them for any treatment. And the day I showed up for the appt. I was told I could only see the doctor if I gave them $400 on the spot.
